Safety Code & Booking Notes

1. Open Practise is for competent skiers and snowboarders only - minimum standard required of linked turnes, controlled stop and use of lift. If this rule is contavened you will be required to leave the slope without refund or compensation.
2. Trousers and gloves or mittens and long sleeves must be worn at all times when using the slope.
3. Please note where the lift emergency STOP buttons are located.
4. Teaching by other than the centre's staff is not permitted.
5. Children under twelve on Open Practice must have a responsible adult on the premises. We recommend the use of crash helmets for children on lessons or open practice.
6. Customers use the centre's facilities and equipment at their own risk. The Management accepts no responsibility for injuries or accidents or damage to personal equipment. Customers should consider short term insurance cover where necessary.
7. Payment for lessons is required at time of booking. No refunds will be issued in the event of lessons being cancelled by you in a period of seven days prior to the starting date. Lessons cancelled by you eight days or more prior to the starting date will be issued with a full credit to use towards an alternative lesson. Credits will be issued at the manager's discretion.
8. If cancellation is due to serious illness a full credit will be issued against your lessons after a relevant doctor's certificate has been submitted and notice of cancellation is received by us at the earliest opportunity prior to the start date.
9. In order that a course group shall not be subjected to unreasonable delay caused by the absense of a member of the group, any pupil who misses one or more lessons of a course will not be readmitted to that course without first taking additional tuition at his/her own expense.
10. Membership cards must be shown on payment otherwise non-member's prices will apply.
